Rallying Around Trish: Medical & Hospice Support Fund

There are no words when it comes to a situation like this, but with their permission I am heartbroken to have to share the following:

Trish was diagnosed in early March with ovarian cancer after not feeling well for a few weeks. She had surgery a week later and was managing recovery well until she had some complications. Once readmitted to the hospital she had additional tests and procedures where they received the news that the cancer had spread throughout her abdomen. With this devastating news, Trish is headed home on hospice care this week. While no one can fully predict the timeline for something like this, her Oncologist is confident that there isn’t much time; estimated weeks to months at this point.

Over the past two months, Trish and Kerry’s world has been flipped upside down. They have been overwhelmed by the amount of love and support that they have received so far but no one is ever ready for this type of situation, let alone when it comes out of left field.

Any funds raised will go toward covering medical expenses, end of life expenses, and helping with the many unforeseen costs that come with this heartbreaking journey.
